Help! I can't process a refund through the system using Authorize.net.

    If you are using Authorize.net as your payment gateway, then in order to process refunds through WebReserv, you first need to enable Expanded Credit Capabilities in your Authorize.net account.

    When you attempt to refund through the system, and you do not have Expanded Credit Capabilities enabled, you will see an error message like this:

    You'll need to reach out to your contact at Authorize.net to inquire about the steps to take to enable Expanded Credit Capabilities.
