Help! I can't process a refund through the system using


    If you are using as your payment gateway, then in order to process refunds through WebReserv, you first need to enable Expanded Credit Capabilities in your account.

    When you attempt to refund through the system, and you do not have Expanded Credit Capabilities enabled, you will see an error message like this:

    You'll need to reach out to your contact at to inquire about the steps to take to enable Expanded Credit Capabilities.
